Armagh Diocesan Youth Commission offers one day conference for young adults

CREDO is a new initiative from the Armagh Diocesan Youth Commission (ADYC).  CREDO is a conference for young adults aged 20 – 35 years that will be taking place on Saturday 17 February in the Dromantine Retreat and Conference Centre, Newry,Co Down.

The keynote speaker at the conference will be Sister Marie McAleer from the Sisters of Adoration and Reparation from the Falls Road in Belfast.

Workshops at the conference will include:

  • Passing on the Faith in Modern World,
  • Rediscovering Your Vocation Through Scripture,
  • Dead to the World- Alive in Christ (inspired by the life of the saints)
  • Spirituality.

The conference will begin at 10.00am and will conclude at 6.00pm.

ADYC has always focused on developing programmes and events for young people and they hope that Credo will offer new opportunities for young adults to seek ways to develop their faith and to meet like-minded Catholics.
