Irish Jesuits invite pilgrims to Knock Shrine for week of Ignatian Spirituality

The annual ‘Jesuit Week’ will take place at Knock Shrine this year from Monday 24 July to Monday 31 July, the feast day of Saint Ignatius Loyola, founder of the Society of Jesus. Pilgrims from across Ireland are invited to join this week-long exploration and celebration of Ignation spirituality under the theme “Your Life, Your Story, Your Pathway to God”.

Jesuit Week at Knock Shrine will be facilitated by Jesuit priests Father Terry Howard SJ and Father Edmond Grace SJ in the Knock Prayer Guidance Centre.

Throughout the week, pilgrims will take part in guided prayer and reflections as well as preached retreats and two daily seminars exploring Jesuit wisdom and spirituality. Mass will also be celebrated each day in Knock Basilica at 3.00pm.
