The National Centre for Liturgy in association with the Advisory Committee on Sacred Art and Architecture will hold an Art and Architecture seminar for artists and architects on Thursday 9 February. The seminar will be held in Renehan Hall, Saint Patrick’s College, Maynooth, Co. Kildare.

The guest speaker will be Rev Dr Richard S. Vosko, a sacred space planner in the USA since 1970. Rev Vosko has worked on more than 100 renovation projects including the Cathedral of Our Lady of the Angels, Los Angeles; the Cathedral of Saint James, Seattle; the Central Synagogue in New Yorl; and, San Fernando Cathedral, San Antonio, Texas. Rev Vosko has also worked on projects for the Episcopalian, Presbyterian and Methodist Churches in the USA.

An exhibition of Liturgical Art for Public Worship will also feature as part of the seminar.

The seminar will begin with registration at 10.00am and will conclude at 4.00pm. The cost is €50 per person.
