The Capuchin Franciscan Friars are extending an invitation to join them for two special Easter liturgies as they celebrate 400 years of Capuchin life and service to the people of Ireland, and commemorate especially the work of the friars during the 1916 Rising.
The Easter Vigil and Easter Sunday morning Mass will be televised from the Capuchin Friary in Church Sreet in the heart of Dublin and the friars hope that as many people as possible will join them for these liturgies as they celebrate the Resurrection and give thanks for the many generations of friars who served as Brothers of the People!
Details of the liturgies are:
Easter Vigil of the Lord’s Resurrection at 11.oopm on Easter Saturday.
Mass of the Resurrection at 10.ooam on Easter Sunday.
