April issue of ‘Intercom’ magazine explores challenge and opportunity of Easter

The latest issue of Intercom, a Catholic pastoral and liturgical resource magazine, is now available. The April issue has a special focus on the upcoming Easter season, with this month’s cover art showing one of the Harry Clarke designed stained-glass Stations of the Cross at Lough Derg.

The April issue includes several resources for the Easter season. In his editorial, Father Paul Clayton-Lea tell of his unique Easter experience in the mostly non-religious China. Other resources include prayers for the Stations of the Cross from Lough Derg’s Way of the Cross, and an article by Father Albert McNally on the challenge and opportunity of Easter.

Other highlights in the new issue include a showcase from the Nation Centre for Liturgy’s Art for Faith exhibition, an article on the Philippine ‘War on Drugs’ by Columban missionary Father John Keenan and features on Friends of the Holy Land, Opus Dei Ireland, and the Medical Missionaries or Mary, along with prayers and resources for the month of April.

Intercom magazine is a Catholic pastoral and liturgical resource of the Irish Catholic Bishops’ Conference published by Veritas Group. Intercom is published ten times per year, including double issues for both July-August and December-January.
