Archdiocese of Armagh celebrates the work of Saint Joseph’s Young Priests Society

Archbishop Eamon Martin was the principal celebrant at a Mass which was celebrated on the eve of Vocations Sunday 2016 in Saint Patrick’s Cathedral, Armagh. The Mass was an opportunity to celebrate the work of Saint Joseph’s Young Priests Society in  Armagh and to encourage more prayer for vocations to the priesthood and religious life.

Archbishop Eamon Martin was assisted at the Mass by Rev Peter McAnenly, Vocations Director for the Archdiocese of Armagh and Father Thomas McHugh. The Deacons were Rev Damien Quigley and Rev David Durrigan. The keynote speaker at the afternoon gathering was Sister Martina Purdy, Sister of Adoration, Belfast.

A large number of people were in attendance along with members of the Armagh Vocations Team.
