Bishop Nulty thanks RTÉ for sharing new World Meeting of Families footage

To mark the fifth anniversary of the World Meeting of Families held in Ireland in 2018, RTÉ have shared a montage of aerial footage taken during Pope Francis’ time in Dublin.

Bishop Nulty said, “This was a very significant celebration of family life in Ireland, attended by thousands including Pope Francis who has had the family at the heart of his pontificate over the past ten years.  Pope Francis sees families as ‘God’s dream for humanity’.

“Thank you RTÉ for marking the fifth anniversary of Pope Francis’ visit to Ireland for the World Meeting of Families 2018 with this wonderful video! People across the island of Ireland share faith-filled and happy memories of this special time in the company of Pope Francis.”
